Srinivas is the Head of Engineering at Grab's R&D Centre in Bangalore, India. He possesses deep expertise in scaling and building distributed, highly performant, low latency products and partnering closely with cross-functional business teams to deliver solutions that increase stakeholder value and GMV. As the leader of the 400-strong India R&D centre, his guidance has led to the development for new verticals such as Grocery, seller insights, merchant payments, listing quality, promotional user insights and pricing intelligence.
Mohan enjoys building and leading engineering teams through the adoption of practices that ensure focus on delivering business value while upholding engineering quality. With over 10 years of experience in both the challenges and methods to integrate and optimize software delivery from product conceptualization, development, delivery and production operations, Mohan currently helps to lead the Engineering teams in Indonesia.
Alan is the Head of HRBP for Grab's Tech. He has been with Grab for over 5 years and spent the first 4+ years as a TPM in the tech organisation supporting Marketplace, Transport, Deliveries and Driver Tech Families. He currently manages a team of 16 Pops BPs across Grabs R&D centers.
